These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of TripDesk Flights ("the Service"), provided by Monswyk AG ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

1. Service Description

TripDesk Flights is a personal flight tracking and analytics service that allows users to:

  • Record and manage personal flight data
  • Access flight statistics and analytics
  • Import flight data from various sources
  • Export personal flight reports

The Service integrates with third-party APIs to provide additional flight information.

2. Eligibility and Age Requirements

Free Service: Users of all ages may use the free features of the Service with parental supervision for children.

3. User Accounts and Data

  • You must create an account with accurate information to use the Service
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account
  • You may delete your account and all associated data at any time through your account settings
  • We will permanently delete your data within 30 days of account deletion

4. Data Processing and Privacy

Data Storage: Your personal data is stored on servers located in Switzerland (primary data storage) and the European Union (application servers). This ensures compliance with Swiss and EU data protection laws.

Data Sources: We collect data you provide directly and may supplement it with publicly available flight information from third-party APIs. All data processing is GDPR compliant.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for personal, non-commercial purposes and not to:

  • Infringe the rights of others, including intellectual property or privacy rights
  • Upload malicious code or attempt to disrupt the Service
  • Use the Service for commercial purposes without written permission

13. Termination

By You: You may stop using the Service at any time by deleting your account through your account settings.

Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, and we will delete your data according to our data retention policy.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Frauenfeld, Switzerland.

16. Severability
